What Qlarity Doesn’t Do… Yet
Most software pages tell you what a product does. This one tells you where it stops. Read it before you start a trial, so you can rule Qlarity in or out in two minutes instead of two calls.
Not in the product today
No live connection to CentralReach. Qlarity reads the billing export you pull yourself. There is no automatic sync and no login into your CR account.
No payroll. Qlarity posts revenue. Wages, taxes and benefits stay with your payroll provider.
No claim scrubbing and no claim submission. Nothing Qlarity does touches a claim before it reaches a payer. That stays in CentralReach or with your biller.
No payment posting and no ERA or EOB handling. Qlarity posts what you billed at agreed rates. Cash application and remittance posting are not in the product.
No clinical or scheduling data. No session notes, no authorizations, no appointments. Billing and revenue data only.
No multi-entity consolidation. One Qlarity account posts to one QuickBooks Online company. Three entities means three connections.
No accounts payable, bank feeds, or bank reconciliation. Qlarity posts revenue. It does not replace QuickBooks and it does not replace your bookkeeper.
No PHI storage. This one is a limit on purpose. The upload is read, mapped and posted. Nothing clinical is retained.
On the roadmap
No dates. Dates from a small software company are a guess, and a guess in writing is a promise you did not mean to make. What is actually being built next:
Copay and patient-responsibility invoicing, with a sub-customer for each patient, so the family-owed portion stops living in a side spreadsheet.
After that, the order is set by what practices ask for during the trial. If something in the list above is the reason Qlarity does not work for you, say so and it moves up.
Why this page exists
A discovery call that ends in disappointment costs both sides an hour. Naming the edges up front is cheaper. If Qlarity fits, the trial proves it inside a month. If it does not, this page told you in two minutes and nobody had to book anything.
