Qlarity, LLC (“Qlarity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

Usage Information: Log data such as device type, browser, IP address, and timestamps.
Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. Qlarity does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.
Support Communications: Messages or information you provide when contacting us.
Waitlist Information: Name and email address provided when you join our waitlist.
Automatic Data: Standard log information such as browser type, IP address, and usage data (collected automatically through cookies or analytics tools).
We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI).

Qlarity does not handle PHI and is not a Business Associate under HIPAA. However, we follow security practices consistent with HIPAA principles to safeguard other Customer Data.
